Licensed & Certified
We are one of the only North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services certified adult day care and adult day health programs in Buncombe County.
Registered Nurse Care in a safe and secure environment
We are a Smoke-Free environment.
Marci's Adult Day Health Center is different from a designated "Adult Day Care" center. We are licensed and certified by the state to perform assessments, administer medications, assist with bathing, washing and feeding and more. We are able to provide various nursing services by registered and certified nurses. Our facility is designed to meet the needs of adults who require supervised care during the day but who are able to return to their homes or the homes of their loved ones in the evenings. This allows family caregivers to continue working while ensuring personal supervision by a registered nurse.
The Affordable Alternative
Full day services start at $50/day, depending on level of care required and are customized to meet the needs of the adult and caregiver. We are a cost-effective alternative to placement in an assisted living facility or nursing home and can provide personal, one-on-one care. We are able to offer hourly, half day or full day services Monday through Saturday with early drop-off or late pick up.

Marci's Adult Day Health Services is able to provide the highest quality Adult Day Care and Adult Day Health services to adults needing a well-structured, safe and caring, home-like environment. We have highly trained and experienced staff who strive for the highest quality of life with dignity for both participants and caregivers. We offer nursing services, indoor and outdoor activities, dietary appropriate meals and snacks. We are accustomed to working with other health care providers such as physical therapists in our facility.
